Atrium Quality Contractors is Talaat Moustafa Group’s Construction Arm specializing in Commercial, Medical, Educational, Corporate, Recreational, Hospitality, and High-End Residential Projects. Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) is Egypt’s largest publicly listed Real Estate Developer with a land bank of over 50 million m2. Atrium is a full-scoped General Contractor with services including but not limited to Structural Construction, Architectural Construction, Electromechanical Systems, Interior Fit-Outs as well as Maintenance and Repair Works.
Atrium has a track record of delivering some of Egypt's most prestigious projects such as The Four Seasons Sharm El-Sheikh Extension Project, The Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza Renovation Project, The Four Seasons Nile Boat at First Residence Project, Mall A&F Projects at the Open Air Mall of Madinaty, GEMS School Project at Al-Rehab, The Four Seasons Beach Villas Project at San Stefano and The Gateway Mall Project at Al-Rehab. Atrium is currently contracted to construct some of Mega Projects such as The Four Seasons Cairo Capital Project at Madinaty with CCC (Atrium-CCC Joint Venture), The Four Seasons Luxor Project, The Madinaty Hospital Project, Privado Project, Celia Villas Project, Celia Village Project, Noor City.
Atrium is currently contracted to construct some of Mega Projects such as The Four Seasons Cairo Capital Project at Madinaty with CCC (Atrium-CCC Joint venture), The Four Seasons Luxor Project, The Madinaty Hospital Project, Privado Project, Townsquare project at Cairo Gate, Elie Saab Signature Villas, Celia Villas Project, Celia Village Project, and Noor City.
In line with its growth strategy, Atrium expanded regionally through new branches, acquisitions, and joint ventures with the market leading firms. In 2024, Atrium has successfully launched Atrium KSA after the acquisition of Thabat Construction, reinforcing its presence in Saudi Arabia. Atrium has also acquired Emilieo Interiors, specializing in high-end fit-outs and furniture works, as well as a joint venture with ACC for the SouthMed Project. In addition to the current investment in Atrium Project Management (APM), which is positioned to become a leader in project management.
