Our History

Atrium Quality Contractors is Talaat Moustafa Group’s Construction Arm specializing in Commercial, Medical, Educational, Corporate, Recreational, Hospitality, and High-End Residential Projects. Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) is Egypt’s largest publicly listed Real Estate Developer with a land bank of over 50 million m2. Atrium is a full-scoped General Contractor with services including but not limited to Structural Construction, Architectural Construction, Electromechanical Systems, Interior Fit-Outs as well as Maintenance and Repair Works.

Quality

Quality is measured in what still stands decades after handover.

Atrium has a track record of delivering some of Egypt's most prestigious projects, including The Four Seasons Sharm El-Sheikh Extension Project, The Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza Renovation Project, The Four Seasons Nile Boat at First Residence Project, the Mall A&F Projects at the Open Air Mall of Madinaty, the GEMS School Project at Al-Rehab, The Four Seasons Beach Villas Project at San Stefano and The Gateway Mall Project at Al-Rehab. Atrium is currently contracted to construct some of Egypt's most ambitious mega projects: The Four Seasons Cairo Capital Project at Madinaty with CCC as the Atrium-CCC Joint Venture, The Four Seasons Luxor Project, The Madinaty Hospital Project, Privado Project, the Townsquare project at Cairo Gate, the Elie Saab Signature Villas, Celia Villas Project, Celia Village Project and Noor City. The geographical diversity and complexity of this portfolio — hospitality, healthcare, retail and high-end residential, running concurrently — demands the kind of planning discipline and long-horizon partnership that only sustained commitment makes possible.

Human Development

Growth is built on people and the expertise they bring.

In line with its growth strategy, Atrium expanded regionally through new branches, acquisitions and joint ventures with market-leading firms. In 2024, Atrium successfully launched Atrium KSA following the acquisition of Thabat Construction, reinforcing its presence in Saudi Arabia. Atrium has also acquired Emileo Interiors, specialising in high-end fit-outs and furniture works, alongside a joint venture with ACC for the SouthMed Project, and continues to invest in Atrium Project Management (APM), positioned to become a leader in project management. Every one of these moves brought skilled teams into the group — and developing them is how that capability compounds.

Safety

No project is delivered well if it is not delivered safely.

Safety at Atrium is managed as a system rather than a slogan: certified to ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety, with method statements, risk assessments and permit-to-work controls applied before activity begins, and daily toolbox talks, site inductions and PPE discipline enforced for every worker and subcontractor on site. That system is what stands behind more than 70,000 hours worked without a lost-time accident across a portfolio running concurrently over hospitality, healthcare, retail and high-end residential sites. Every incident and near-miss is recorded, investigated and fed back into the controls, so the standard tightens as the group grows.
