General Contracting
Atrium's General Contracting Division focuses on the creation of sustainable projects where quality and global safety standards come first. By adopting a result-oriented approach centered around creating maximum value to our clients, Atrium boasts a wide range of core competences such as value engineering proposals, technical proposals, value-driven budgeting and aggressive scheduling, enabling it to complete a wide range of successful projects including schools, malls, hotels, office buildings, hospitals and major sporting clubs on time, within budget and with the required quality. Structural and architectural works are delivered alongside fully integrated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) systems, coordinated in-house from design review through testing and commissioning so that services are resolved before they reach site rather than reconciled after. The company serves as a single point of contact for our clients, managing our own extensive resources as well as smaller trade sub-contractors to deliver optimum value to our clients.
Project Management
Atrium provides project management services through Atrium Project Management (APM) firm that introduces the concept of project-management at risk (PM-at-risk). APM intends to transform the management of highly complex projects into smooth experiences through the use of the latest technologies and by gaining real ownership in our clients' projects. We believe that the project management firm must act as the client's partner and co-owner and not just as a hired consultant. We, at APM, believe in people, quality and technology. We do not only have some of the best calibers in the market in almost all disciplines, but we also have a very strong team. A team that works well together; minimizes weaknesses and optimizes strengths which allows us to produce the highest possible quality of service.

Emileo Interiors is a Cairo-based interior and furniture-making company founded in 1993 by Arch. Emile F. Nashed. Over more than 20 years, Emileo has grown from a retail showroom into a full design, contracting, and mega-scale production house, leaving its mark on Egypt's leading luxury hospitality, commercial, and residential projects.
