Civil Engineering Summer Internship
Spend the summer on a live site learning how drawings become buildings, alongside our site engineers and QA/QC team.
Overview
An eight-week, paid summer program for civil engineering students. You will rotate through site supervision, quality control and planning, attend daily coordination meetings and complete a supervised project you present at the end of the program.
Key responsibilities
- Shadow site engineers during daily works and inspections.
- Assist with quantity take-offs and progress tracking.
- Support the QA/QC team with inspection requests and records.
- Attend safety inductions and toolbox talks.
- Deliver a final presentation on a chosen site topic.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program (3rd or 4th year).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Available full-time for the program duration.
- Curiosity, initiative and a strong safety mindset.
