Quantity Surveyor
Own cost control from tender to final account — measuring, valuing and administering contracts across multiple live projects.
Overview
You will support the commercial team with accurate measurement, cost estimation and contract administration, ensuring projects stay within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for tenders.
- Value works completed and prepare interim payment applications.
- Assess subcontractor claims and variations.
- Maintain cost reports and forecasts for project management.
- Support the final account and close-out process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 5+ years of QS experience in a contracting environment.
- Solid understanding of FIDIC contracts.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with cost software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.
