Senior Architect
Lead architectural design and coordination across hospitality and high-end residential projects from concept to handover.
Overview
As a Senior Architect at Atrium you will own the architectural direction of complex projects, working alongside structural and MEP leads to turn client briefs into buildable, elegant designs. You will mentor junior architects and represent the design team in client and consultant meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Lead concept, schematic and detailed design packages.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and electromechanical disciplines.
- Review shop drawings and material submittals for design intent.
- Present design proposals to clients and consultants.
- Mentor and review the work of junior architects and BIM modellers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture; master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience, including 3+ in a lead role on large projects.
- Fluency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM coordination workflows.
- Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience with hospitality or healthcare projects preferred.
