HSE Officer
Champion health, safety and environmental standards on site and keep Atrium's safety record intact.
Overview
You will implement and monitor the site HSE plan, conduct inspections and training, investigate incidents and drive a culture where every worker goes home safe every day.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments.
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety training.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses; recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE records and statistics for reporting.
- Liaise with client and authority HSE representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- NEBOSH IGC or OSHA certification.
- 3+ years of HSE experience on construction sites.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
